I was here, with friends, one week ago today, and I've not stopped thinking about it since. My husband and I have been to this restaurant three times, twice for lunch (which was delicious), but this place is absolutely magical when visited for dinner. The food is exceptional with lovely, warm, attentive services. We met the owner who was a delight. The river (although low in the summer), ambles gently by, while you sit in the glowing warmth of a beautify designed space. The is ambiance superb. I could have stayed there all night. The cherry on the top was, however, Ivan and his masterful mixology. Head upstairs after dinner for a cocktail and Ivan will take wonderful care of you. I am very particular about my Martinis and such, but he knows his stuff. I wish I owned this restaurant, and if I had a bar I would steal Ivan. We will be back as soon as we have more visitors to show off this beautiful spot. Thank you so much

Great location and nature view, and inside the place is fabulous with great decor. Staff is also super nice, charming, and focused on the details - they kept playing and being kind with my 3-year-old kid. We had fried cod and pork "secretos" and the portions were good enough. Quality and flavor were also good. However, I don't see a match between the experience and the price per dish, being a bit too much. One recommendation: replace the fries that come with the pork and the cod with other kinds - something more flavored, homy rather than "plastic bag" chips. Despite that, we enjoyed very much the first time there.

The food and atmosphere was amazing. My partner and I are still talking about how great we ate there. Deserves more than five stars, we will definitely come again next time we are in Portugal. Also the service was very kind and the restaurant was very clean. @ the owner of the restaurant: may I know the recipe of the dark bread it was so delicious and I also asked the waitress yesterday, but she didn’t know the answer: where did you get your chairs from, they were so comfortable to sit on

Probably a 1* or even 2* Michelin level restaurant! A most beautiful location, totally off the beaten path, with very tasteful contemporary design. The food and service are fantastic, all under the careful eye of the owner.

Been two times. Serving staff very nice. Looks like the restaurant is better suited for meats if you do choose. Unsure about the teriyaki fish. Better off just keeping a simple pan fried fish rather than something that is rice with a sauce on top. Desserts arent that special. But I come from London so would be picky on quality. Nice restaurant space and atmosphere and staff nice.
